Balazs. Harold Balazs (b. 1928) is a Mead, Washington sculptor and enamellist. He received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Washington State University in 1951 and has worked in many different media throughout his career including sculpture, jewelry, furniture, toys, etc.
